Today, room 5 were lucky enough to have a visit from Gary, a parent of one of the children. Gary works at the post office in Tallaght, and came in to chat to the children about all of the different things he and his co-workers do everyday. He explained how the mail needs to be sorted into many sections before it is sent out to our addresses. He even took some photographs to show us what the post office looks like! This month in our classroom, we are learning about the many different people who live and work in our community. Gary is one of those people, and we were so happy to have him in our class today!
