This week children have been working really hard using the academic language linked to the ‘Garden Centre’ during our oral language lessons.

Children have had opportunities to act in role as the cashier and customer, to meet and greet each other  and to buy a range of goods from the Garden Centre to include plants, soil,watering cans and flowers!
Mrs Swan was really impressed with how well the children worked together and acted in role. She was also delighted with how much academic language Room 1 has acquired during our topic linked to the Garden Centre!
