Spring has finally sprung! Did you know that the season of spring is now officially March, April and May. In times past we used to go by the ancient Celtic calendar when spring was February, March and April. But now according to Met Eireann spring is officially March, April and May.

Spring has seen many of the bulbs we planted in winter spring up! There are beautiful hyacinths, daffodils and tulips in the school flower beds. Many thanks to Ms McCann for oganising the planting for the whole school. In Room 9 we ‘pinched’ clay pots and used pipe cleaners and egg cartons to make a beautiful floral arrangement! We hope you like the end results!
