Hi everyone

We had an absolutely fantastic day on Wednesday up in St. Mary’s GAA club for our Sports Day.

We were quite lucky with the weather in the end as we were able to do the whole day, without getting too wet. The children had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the variety of non-competitive and competitive activities that they played.

I would like to sincerely thank all of the parent volunteers who made the day possible. We rely heavily on our parents for events like this to work and because so many of you were able to free yourselves up to help out, the day was a huge success.

I would particularly like to thank Ms. Looney, Ms. Bates and Ms. Feeney for the incredible amount of organisation that went into the day. As always, their professional approach meant that the day ran without any hitches.
